Cartier Tank Louis - 78086 Paris Dial w/ Box & Papers

DIAL: The original, lacquered, white dial is in great shape. These dials were very prone to having a cracking in the lacquer. The lacquer appears to be completely free of any cracking and is beautiful condition. It is what collectors call a Paris dial giving nod to the fact that Paris is printed on the dial below the 6 o'clock hour marker. 

CASE: 23mm  width x 30mm height solid 18kt yellow gold. The case has been polished in the past. These case dimensions is the vintage "mens" size however could easily be worn by woman as well. It presents with wear commensurate for its age. It is completed by its original blue sapphire cabochon crown.

MOVEMENT: Cartier caliber 78-1. Service history is unknown. The watch winds, sets, runs and is keeping great time. It was placed on a timegrapher which illustrated the watch is keeping time within seconds per day and has an amplitude of . The watch can be serviced for approximately $400 plus parts (if needed) at which point it will come with a one year warranty. 

BRACELET: Comes on an original Cartier strap.
