Vacheron & Constantin 4073 - Steel w/ Rose Gold indices

CASE: The 34mm solid stainless steel case has been refinished in the past and presents with very little wear from use. The case is 2x signed and matching. The crown is original. 

DIAL:  An original engraved enamel dial. The signature, subsidiary second track and partial railroad minute track was manufactured in hard enamel. The integrity of the maisons signature "Vacheron & Constantin Geneve", and the minute track are strong and defined. The sports rose gold hand applied even Arabic numerals and pointed baton hour markers. 

MOVEMENT: Vacheron manually wound caliber 454. Vacheron's finishing prowess that they had come to be known for by the mid twentieth century is on full display as we see a myriad of finishing techniques including cotes de Genève, pearlage, anglage and black polishing.  The service history is unknown. The watch was placed on a timegrapher which illustrated that it is keeping time within 10 seconds per day and has an amplitude of 313.
