Datejust 1601 - Silver Sigma
Datejust 1601 - Silver Sigma
A "Sigma" dial is denoted by the demarcation of "T swiss T" by two small "σ" symbols. The sigma symbols indicate that baton hour markers and hands are made of white gold - in this example white gold. Back in the early days Italian collectors use to call Sigma dials "goute à prior" which translates to "a drop prior to."
