Lejour watches were manufactured by a company called Yema that branded themselves under Lejour in the United States. Lejour watches are undervalued in the world that puts a premium on steel sports/tool watches.  Lejour watches have been famously featured in various films including "Kramer vs Kramer" on Dustin Hoffmans wrist and Top gun.
