CASE: The 34mm yellow gold capped over stainless steel case is unpolished. Better yet the watch appears to be truly unworn. There is no evidence to me of any wear on the case. The only imperfections that are visible to me are two wrench marks on the back of the case from someone using improper tools or technique when attempting to open it. The bevel on the bezel is very distinct. All four lugs retain their factory original facets and beveled edges. The case features its original, flat foot scalloped crown. The yellow gold medallion has a crisp observatory and all 8 stars are present with a matte, grainy backdrop - exactly what you would expect to see from an unpolished example. There is a beautiful rosy red tarnishing that can be appreciated on the watches crown and original buckle. 

DIAL: We have an immaculate, crisp and very clean white dial with crosshair. The dial appears to be free of any scratches, blemishes, patina, staining or otherwise imperfections. It features pointed stick style hour markers and broad dauphine hands. The lume on the hands is full. It has aged to a beautiful pumpkin patina and matches the dial perfectly. 

MOVEMENT:  Omega automatic caliber 561 chronometer certified.  Automatic self winding. 24 jewels, 19800 frequency, 50hr power reserve. Service history is unknown. The watch was not placed on a timegrapher as I didnt want to subject it to any potential wear as there is basically no wear on the case. The watch can be serviced by one of our watchmakers prior to shipment should the buyer be interested. Cost for service without parts is approximately $325. Please just let us know. 

BRACELET:  Comes on the watches original strap dating all the way back to 1960. The strap is even in color which is rather uncommon for straps from this era. It is in great condition. There appears to be no fraying on any part of the strap and the threading is intact. 

ACCESSORIES: Comes with the watches original inner box, papers, information pamphlet, certificate, polishing cloth, crown, strap, buckle and hang tag.
