CASE: The 36mm stainless steel case is in good shape. The case has previously been polished in the past. It features bombay style lugs. The case and lugs still have distinct lines. The watch features a screw down caseback of which is engraved "To Frank From Dad 17-9-55."

DIAL: An original, pre-seamaster dial. The dial features alternating Arabic and dagger style hour numerals with dauphine hands.
